My health story began in the summer of 2017. I had aches and pains that I shouldn't have at my age and I could barely walk a flight of stairs without needing a break. I was a busy teacher and mom. I had lost all of my baby weight years ago but, over time, it all came back and then some. That summer I decided that I had enough. I had made up my mind that it was time for me to take control of my health for the sake of my family.
I started to lift weights. Light at first, of course, but as I learned what to do I became addicted to feeling strong. I also began to track my macros and eat for my goals. This was a new concept for me but it all made perfect sense. As the months passed by, I was losing fat like I could have never imagined before. The combination of proper nutrition mixed with weight training was the key I had been missing.

I am a math teacher but there are more ways to be a teacher than in a classroom.
I am determined to reach as many people as possible to teach everything I have
learned about health and fitness. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition
consultant. I have made it my mission to spread knowledge, support everyone I can, and be an advocate for getting healthy the healthy way! There are no shortcuts or quick diets, just hard work and dedication. I am here for you!
